MEET THE FOUNDER & CEO

Hey guys! My name is Francesca Etienne and I am the Founder of  Beyond Nursing Experience. At an early age I knew I wanted to make an impact, be an advocate and serve my community, but I thought that the only way to accomplish this was by becoming an attorney. After a few months of working at a law firm as a paralegal I quickly realized that becoming an attorney was not the route that God had for me...in other words I hated it. I had two options in front of me. I could either continue my childhood dream of becoming an attorney knowing that I would be unhappy or I could do what most people are terrified of and start all over.

Let's just say that I am glad that I did not go with the first option. A few years later I am now a Registered Nurse. I am in a career that I love, maximizing my degree and making the impact I always knew that I was called for both in and out of the hospital.

Though I love what I do, early on in my career I  recognized that there was an absence of a supportive community within  healthcare institutions, I made it my mission to provide nurses with the necessary support they deserved. To fulfill this vision I  created a groundbreaking conference series called Beyond Nurses Experience. BNE stands as an example of how individuals can transform their passion into tangible solutions.

Vision

The vision of Beyond Nursing Experience is to create a supportive and empowering community for healthcare professionals, particularly nurses, where they can connect, network, and access resources that prioritize their well-being and professional growth. It aims to transform the healthcare environment by fostering a culture of self-care, resilience, and collaboration, ultimately leading to more fulfilled and effective caregivers. Beyond Nursing Experience seeks to be a catalyst for positive change, helping nurses and other healthcare workers thrive both personally and professionally.
